Where -ever possible Sustainable Village Redevelopment strives to rehabilitate and adaptively re-use buildings to their highest and best use in each neighborhood we work in. Whether that is just buying something that is in dis-repair and fixing it up to its original luster, revamping and adding density and community features to under-utilized urban properties, or creating a mixture of uses from older single use properties to add variety and vibrance to the communities we serve.

As with all the properties we focus on creating community enhancing features, like community vegetable gardens, and fun courtyards for socializing with neighbors and friends.  Additionally, we always try and bring more sustainability to our neighborhoods with easy to use ground level bike parking to incentivize our residents to go by bike for quick errands .  Whenever possible we also always try to integrate alternative energy into every building we work on to take one more building off the fossil fuel dependent grid.
