Surfing is one of my favorite hobbies. I have been surfing for almost 20 years now and I am still stoked. One of the things I really wanted to do with our redevelopment communities was to try to make them social and experiential. Not just a new box with an air-conditioner for top market-rate rent. That is why we provide loaner surfboards for our tenants so they can try some different awesome hobbies, push their comfort level a bit. Ultimately hopefully being even more stoked to live in our communities and maybe learn some things that will change their lives forever! We do things a bit different at Village Redevelopment and in our communities we are building. Hopefully, though it inspires you to have a full more fun life!
