Village Redevelopment’s upcoming project, the Adventure Ranch, is set to be an exhilarating new addition just south of Yosemite National Park. The development will feature 4-6 houses and cabins, with half designated as nightly short-term rentals like Airbnb, and the other half available for local, mid-market rentals.

Currently in development is a Surron electric dirt bike skills track, enhancing the adventure offerings with both Surron and, eventually, electric mountain bike rentals.

Community amenities will include communal Jacuzzis, a container pool, fire pits, BBQs, and picturesque picnic tables shaded by market umbrellas. The site currently hosts a 40-year-old cabin, comprised of two units, which is undergoing renovation. In the long-term, we plan to add two additional long-term rental homes, which we can build by right in Madera County to aid locals in need. Moreover, we aim to introduce modern Cavco Park Models as “Temporary” Dwelling structures and other unique accommodations such as geodomes or yurts. These are specifically geared toward adventurous travelers seeking an extraordinary experience in the Yosemite and Bass Lake areas.

Once all housing additions are complete, we intend to develop a community solar system to fulfill all energy needs sustainably. We are thrilled to build this dispersed rental housing community in my hometown of Oakhurst/Bass Lake, California. This project promises to be as challenging as it is rewarding, incorporating our Surron electric dirt bike rentals and skills track directly into the community fabric.

We look forward to sharing more details about the economics and financial strategies as the project progresses. Our goal is to build a community that offers friends and family cabins, short-term rental units, and long-term rental options—all at mid-market prices, creating an energy-independent, sports-oriented, and social community in the mountains.

Thank you for your interest and support in community building.
